This increase also affects packages sent through Fedex as USPS uses them for economy packages. The rate change increased fees charged by eCRATER & Paypal as well because they take 13% of the shipping charges. The increase is unfortunately passed on to buyers. If your package is 1 pound or less it will travel by USPS. Over 1 pound it could be Fedex Ground or USPS depending on your location.
